Hello! Does anyone know when the surveys will be sent out to those of us who chose the split payment option?

Hello! This is my first time backing something from Brando/ Dragonsteel. I have a question for those of you who have backed other projects that he has done (ie. games, secret projects, og twok leatherbound campaign), how long after the project was funded did it usually take for things to be shipped out? Additionally, does anyone know if Brandon or Dragonsteel have given an estimate on when shipping would begin? Excited fan over hear. Did the split payment option. Just did my last payment earlier this week. Cannot wait for the final product to arrive at my doorstep :)

Does anyone know when the BackerKit surveys are due to be locked?

Are any of the other payment plan folks not seeing everything from their pledge when they're filling out the survey? My actual pledge says I'm in for a Way of Kings leather bound and a license plate cover, but didn't autopopulate them, and the Way of Kings is unavailable to add. Is this just something weird that I'm not understanding, or is there some problem? It puts me out $250 without getting anything. If this is something about numbers available, then why didn't they set any aside for those of us making payments with them in our pledge?

They sent me an email this morning and said that backerkit would be resetting and fixing our pledges! So hopefully everyone will get an email soon and will have to complete their surveys again but with the missing items. Awesome they are fixing it quickly! Thanks Dragonsteel!

So, I was under the impression (perhaps incorrectly) that I'd be able to include add-ons after I got my survey. For those of you who got your surveys today, does it give you the option to include additional add-ons in the survey?

I bought (with split payments) way of kings leatherboudn signed as an addon. I got my survey today, but I am unable to add it to my survey, any help?

I didn’t see an option for way of kings add on as I missed the first run. Is it completely out?

Just got my survey this morning and I pledged for a signed Way of Kings leatherbound and it wasn’t added to my pledge nor was it available in the add ons. I submitted a ticket for it on their website and hopefully they will be able to help! I also included a screenshot of my original pledge. I would have everyone else do the same if they are encountering this so they are aware and can fix it.

If I did an add on during the campaign do I need to add it again to my survey? During the campaign I added way of kings prime, and I was charged tier + prime. Now when I fill my survey, it doesn't list prime as part of my pledge, but when I add prime it charges me again. Sorry if this has been answered before, I did pay over time and only just did my survey.

Hello! I was wondering when we should expect our surveys? The Last Monthly Payment was yesterday, just a little bit excited here :)

I'm still mulling over on the add ons since this was a rather expensive campaign. 🤣 Does anyone know the last day I can fill out the survey and apply add-ons?
