Project Update: Fulfillment Is Complete -- If You Still Have an Issue....

As the title indicates, general fulfillment for this project is complete. We know there are some folks who have had issues with their shipment. If you have a problem and have not already emailed [email protected], please do so. We will make sure we get everything sorted out for you.

If you have already emailed us, we will be working to get caught up on all our emails that came in over the holidays. Additionally, I'm happy to report that Josh Heake will be moving to full-time with us for customer service to make sure we are providing you the best and most responsive service we can. Rest assured, if you don't have your game or need a replacement part, we will work with you until you get it.

This was a very exciting project, and we are happy to see folks enjoying their games. But don't rest easy ... the Tower never sleeps.

Finally got Covenant played and was very disappointed that it could not be played together with Alliances expansion. Did I miss an update because the campaign rules said that it could. This is extremely disappointing and I feel duped!!!

Now that I've played a few games one thing is very apparent - the Tower goes through batteries like a kid with a bag of Halloween candy. A brand new set of batteries will begin to get "Low Battery" warnings within a half hour of installation. In 1-2 hours the Tower will begin to "Jam" during rotations. Removing the batteries and checking them with a battery tester will still read in the Good range, although towards the lower end of that range. Apparently the Tower can tolerate very little drop in the 4.5V a fresh set provides. Up to this point all of the batteries I've used have been regular Duracell copper tops because that's what I had on hand. I just purchased some Energizer Ultra Lithium batteries to try so I'll see how those work out. I'd be interested on hearing from others on their experiences with battery life and what brand seems to have the longest durability. A high power battery pack like the RC planes and cars use would be welcome upgrade. As I'm planning to host two sessions of Return To Dark Tower at Owlcon next month I don't want to be caught short. It would be disappointing to the players as well as bad PR for the game if it doesn't hold up without having to repeatedly put fresh batteries in the Tower.

I am a very patient person, so not receiving shipping confirmation after my address confirmation came in, I wasn’t particularly stressed… But “fulfillment complete” and still no shipping confirmation for Belgium after almost 2 months is ridiculous. Never had this problem on other platforms or with restoration games before… What gives???

I don't know if this has been raised yet (Surely it must have been), but I have a Pixel 6A (android 14) and just had time to try the game for the first time. After all the set up and confusion I finally took my first turn (solo play) and was about 15 minutes in to playing when i received a message on my phone, switched app to read it, and when i went back to Dark Tower app, it was back at the starting screen prompting me to start new game or open settings, with no facility to get back to my previous game/progress. I'v lost motivation to start all over. This is just about the WORST CASE scenario for. First time play it's bad, even if you're only just starting, but it would be devastating if it happened hours in to the play. How can I risk an hours long campaign if i can't reasonably use my phone at the same time? There MUST be some kind of "resume" buttton to hit if iOS/Android kill the app via resource management.

I still have not received my order. Payment was made 8 weeks ago and confirmed by Staff with the promise to release shipment. Since then radio silence! What is going on?! I have sent several emails without any reaction. Very very sad this has happened for the 2nd time with Restoration Games! I am pretty sure it will be the very last time this happens!

Hello friends, I have been searching for information regarding the reward fulfillment but cannot find any news. I live in Japan and so far have always received my packages without a hinge. From reading these updates, it seems that all the games have been sent out already with Asia fulfillment to be sometime in November. Here it is the end of December so I was wondering what is the status. Could someone look into this and be kind to send an update. Thanks.

Hi I had issues receiving emails from Backerkit for a while and missed the survey when it came out. I completed the survey about a week ago but haven't received any updates on status since. Is there a way for me to find out what the status of my fulfillment is?

Finally got to open up the new covenant expansion, and was bummed to find that I ended up with the ink washed minis... I thought the ink wash was an opt-in sort of thing as with the original campaign. Or were they all ink washed by default this time around? Thanks,

I get that the majority of backers are in US/Canada/EU. But it definitely sucks to have the last update be over a month ago and have your entire region's expectations be handwaved away with "In particular, the shipping process for Asia can extend out for a longer stretch than some of the other regions. As always, patience." No word on when fulfilment may happen, how to know if there's a problem with shipping, or even who to reach out to if there is an issue. The possibility that some of us may be wondering questions like "Will I be able to play this with family and friends during thanksgiving" or "Will this arrive in time to gift for the holidays" doesn't seem to matter much to the creators. I get that the bulk of the work is done, but it's a cold-hearted calculus to just leave the rest of us in the dark.

Hi All! Just wondered if anyone else had pre-ordered their game through a local game supplier. Due to shipping costs I ordered the base game through Zatu but having contacted them today was surprisingly told they have no update on estimated delivery? I have the expansion and horde set sat here from the pledge but nothing to play it with! Quite surprised giving it seems like UK fulfilment is in full swing they can’t specify a delivery timescale.
