Is there a way to get my books package number? I honestly have no idea where the package is right now, just been hoping it'd arrive soon but now I'm worried something had come up and I had no idea. Also on my survey info, it says credit remaining is $1.00, and I'm unsure what this means.

Hello there hope you guys have been doing well during production !! I noticed that despite being charged last year it states thar I have a remaining 1.00$ credit fee leftover but no way to pay it...? Just wondering if I had to cover it or if the payment didn't go through or something since it didn't pop up last year.... :[ hope this reaches a human ><

Hello. I am worry that after paying the book and delivery in full and even closing the address, I noticed that now my credit remaining is $7.25. What is this, why didn’t this happen before? Will my order arrive? :(

Hi there I noticed that the Lackadaisy shop was updated and realized the Zib plush wasn't in the shop and also noticed shipment costed only 5.45 Will there be any update about adding zib to the shop, or maybe a small refund? Because if the on sale plushy comes out to 45.45 at the new Lackadaisy shop. I paid 70 dollars for the pre-ordered Zib and can't find the email of my preorder :(

Project Update: A Shipment Incoming...!
Hello to our lovely club members! Sylphy here with an a exciting update for you all: we're officially in the process of beginning to ship out our book packages! 🎉
Roughly 2000 orders have already been shipped our by our teams at White Squirrel and Flying Cloud! Those of you whom have received a shipping update, this time yes, it's on its way!
Please pay attention to your mail over the next few weeks for your incoming packages if you've received a shipping tracker. If you haven't yet, hang in there, we're still working away on the numbers! These are being shipped separately from pins and card games and updates for those will be available when we can get it. We'll be posting another update once we've finished these packages, so if you're anxious don't get disheartened, we can always get another set out to you if yours does not arrive within a few weeks of the last of the shipments. If you are international, these may end up taking a little longer than North American shipping as well.

At this time there is not a further update for the status of the card game or the pin sets, however when proofs come in I will attempt to get copies to share with you all.

When/if you get the email about the items shipping, write down the tracking number and the location where it says it was accepted/is pending acceptance. Give it a couple of days, and if the tracking doesn't change, call and ask what's going on. I should've done that.

Okay, so when I called yesterday, the person I spoke to said I was supposed to receive yesterday. Obviously didn't.l so that's why I made the post. Got a call from a USPS office today saying they were closing my case. I got angry, but when I checked using the USPS tracker website just now, I saw that it was on the move and I am supposed to receive it on the 8th. I'll update further WHEN/IF I actually have the books in my hands.

Project Update: Concerning Email Notifications about Shipment Status
About 4683 orders at this time are TEMPORARILY being marked as Fulfilled! You may have received a notice about this the other day. This is because certain orders are being distributed by Flying Cloud Fulfillment to help White Squirrel relieve a bottlenecking issue we're having in the shipping process and get these out sooner to all of you. If you have received a notice or can see it marked as such in your kit, ignore it for now! I wanted to let you know as I've seen a few comments about this in the community discussions this morning.
As a reminder, you are going to be notified HERE when shipments actually begin to be fulfilled in order to make sure everyone knows when to keep an eye on their mail.
I will attempt to be specific in which packages are being released so that you all will know if yours is included in the batch when we get there. If anyone is asking otherwise, they may not be aware of updates available on this page so please let them know by linking this post. As soon as the timeline of shipping becomes available, another update here will go out!
