Hi, can’t see my question ever got an answer (might have just fallen in to the ether). Was wondering how shipment works in regards to the coins and cards etc. Are they sent all at the same time or dependent on your tier? What I mean by that is will they all be sent out at a certain time regardless of what tier you’ve gone for or will those who’s tiers get dispatched this year get there’s before us who’s tier gets dispatched December 2025? Just wondering really:)

Why are there so many complaints about this project? They raised a lot of money for this but every person is getting items for that money. I haven't found anywhere to get the signed copies, or different colored foil prints. Where can I get the tour poster or the coin and enamel pins online or in store? What about the special edition covers, what store is selling them now? Or what about the tins and metal sign that's coming with it? This was for exclusive items and memorabilia. How did this many people not read that things weren't shipping until 2024, 2025? If you couldn't afford to pay for them you shouldn't have, but everything was clearly stated from the beginning. The shipping page was always there, with the prices. If you didn't like it, don't buy it. Stop getting on BOOM! studios because they offered you something truly awesome and then you feverishly clicked the button without reading everything. Be grateful you get to be part of this. Of course everyone wants it now but relax and wait for the goodness. Calm down people and enjoy the moment. I can't wait for this and so excited to be part of this and have the opportunity to get some really cool merch from the last run. Thank you BOOM! And Backerkit!

Hey BOOM!, Is there any way to add a certificate to our orders just saying what our pledge number was? Not something crazy or signed or anything but just a page printed that maybe says thanks for your support and maybe the lgog from the pledge and pledge number. That would be really cool if that were possible, something that wouldn't be caught up in logistics with having to go to the band but from Backerkit or BOOM!.

I was surprised, shocked & very disappointed to lean that all of us that backed (secured funding) for this release will not get our deliveries until well after it has been released in stores, online shops & comic con / convention sales. I thought the whole point was that by pre-ordering via funding the project we would get priority as a reward for being loyal & guaranteeing that this actually goes to print. Now I feel that I have been cheated & duped into paying my money way in advance only to be made to wait until last to get what we ordered / backed / funded. Why on earth have I paid for my international shipping months ago when it won’t get shipped until earliest December?????? I notice Boom studios is not replying to posts similar to mine but I really feel this warrants an explanation at the least. I still love Coheed & Cambria & always will but this is the first & last time I get involved in anything like this again. It should have been stated clearly that comics will be available to buy in shops before pre-orders are shipped. If this is all clear in the T&C then I guess we have been caught with our pants down & have to swallow the nasty medicine. Which I will humbly do if I am in the wrong. I appreciate the digital copy we get access to but I am still baffled about having paid for international shipping months ago. The fact that the book is in stores first feels bad. I want to cancel my preorder and get a refund and just buy it in a store. What was the point of being an early backer besides paying super high shipping to Boom? If Boom can point out where it said that this would happen in the TOC before we committed, I'll drop it, but wish I didn't bother.

Is it possible to still add on after the campaign has ended? I'm really regretting not getting the single issues

I pledged the silver tier and added on three hardcovers which will ship separately. My shipping cost is $95. Seems excessive.

Wanted to make sure it wasn't a typo I see some sets shipping in dec 2024 but the pledge I picked the three hardcovers are 2025 is that correct?
