Legends of Adventure is the inside story behind your favorite Sierra game franchises – including King’s Quest, Space Quest, Quest for Glory, Leisure Suit Larry, Gabriel Knight, Police Quest, Phantasmagoria, and more – with all-new insights and never-before-heard stories from the creators of these classic titles!
For the first time in a documentary format, Ken and Roberta Williams reveal all about how they founded Sierra On-Line, their departure from the gaming industry for more than two decades, and why they have decided to return to it.
Joining them is a who’s-who of the designers who created some of the greatest adventure game series of all-time. As well, we’ll interview other key figures in gaming, media and technology who were influenced and inspired by these classics!
Legends of Adventure has already begun production! We filmed an amazing interview with Ken and Roberta Williams in May 2024 and have lined up on-camera interviews with many more key figures, including Sierra alumni and notable people from the worlds of technology and entertainment.

Our documentary has begun production, having already filmed one core interview with Ken and Roberta Williams. However, there are still some potential risks and challenges:
While we've already secured commitments from many key subjects, scheduling conflicts or last-minute cancellations could alter pre-existing plans.
This is an ongoing story. Some of our key subjects are still active in the video games industry, and developments in their careers and lives could mean that we need to film with them for a longer period than anticipated, in order to tell the full story.
Unforeseen delays in the production of our physical items could also impact the date in which we deliver your rewards.
This is the 8th successful crowdfunding project that our team has launched, and we have collectively delivered award-winning work in television, film, games, and entertainment despite countless challenges along the way.
Events may occur that could change the timeline of the project, but we promise to keep you in the loop every step of the way!
