This project emerged from my desire to craft a collection that merges the human form with natural elements. In my work, I am always interested in treating the human body as an environment and creating surrealist artworks that reflect impossible forms. With Femme Forecast, I have combined the power of women with the power of the weather to create these designs.

This campaign features 4 pin designs (Rain, Sun, Fog, Storm), as well as a collaboration pin and the potential for additional designs to unlock with additional funding.

The collection is focused on Four 1.75" Hard Enamel Pin Designs PLUS Three Unlocked Stretch Goal Pins:

These designs are:

✦ RAIN - Representing a classic rain storm, Rain is a Black Nickel plated hard enamel pin with blue and gray coloring.

✦ SUN - A radiant, sunny day, Sun is a Gold plated hard enamel pin with white and warm tones.

✦ FOG - An enigmatic design, Fog is a Black Nickel plated hard enamel pin with green and gray coloring.

✦ STORM - A crackling lightning storm, Storm is a Gold plated hard enamel pin with black and with coloring.

✦ WIND- Ethereal and ever-active, Wind is a gold plated hard enamel pin with bold, natural colors.

✦ SNOW- Beautiful and cold, Snow is a black nickel plated hard enamel pin with cool blue and white enamel coloring.

✦ OVERCAST NIGHT- Restless and troubled, Overcast Night is a gold plated hard enamel pin with soft gray and blue enamel coloring.

**Please note that colors may appear different on the screen than they would be in person.

Each design has a specific milestone that must be met in order to be unlocked and available for production.

**Be sure to pledge for the pins that you want!!** Any pin design that doesn't get funded through Backerkit, I will self-fund outside of the campaign! Unlocking these goals through Backerkit will help alleviate any costs at the end of the campaign, so be sure to add all the pins you want to back and explore the "Add-ons" page!

As the campaign progresses and all original funding goals are met, stretch goals will come into play as an additional option for backers.

The stretch goals for additional designs has been met and now all three pins from voting have been unlocked!

Wind, Snow, and Overcast Night are all design available as options when pledging for pins! You can either keep your existing pledge and add these for $10 each via the "Add-Ons" page, or you can change your existing pledge to a higher tier to add more pins to your order!

I'm also offering a free postcard print for all backers who pledge for 3 or more pins! This 4"x6" print is also available as an add-on.

This stretch goal is a Set of Mini 5 pins in black nickel and gold with white enamel. These pins will be approx. .75" on their largest side and will be available as an add-on!

The next stretch goal are these Acrylic Keychain designs! Each design will be approx. 3" at their largest size and will have a small charm attached. Each design also has clear and translucent design features! All of these are now available in the Add-Ons!

There are five Categories to pledge at, with each Category representing the number of pins desired. Any number of designs can be chosen once unlocked.

**Make sure to pledge for the pins that you want!** Any stretch goal that is not funded during the campaign, I will self-fund outside of the project! This means all 5 original pins will be available as long as we reach the initial campaign goal of Medusa @$700 funded!

As the campaign has progressed, all of the enamel pins from the stretch goals are available for purchase! If you want additional pins, you can alter your pledge or order more via the Add-Ons. 

The Mini Pins are also unlocked and are available for $28 per set in the Add-Ons tab:

Having created several enamel pins in the past, I also have a selection of pins available to add to your order for an extra $10 each!

These are reduced prices from what I normally sell in my Etsy shop, so you can purchase these through here and support the project!

If you missed out on the Early Bird sticker, you can also buy that separately!

Also available are sticker designs for each of the unlocked pins! Each sticker is $5, or you can buy a set of 5 for $20! You can mix and match from any of the available designs!

✦ March 28 - Femme Forecast campaign begins.
✦ April 18 - Femme Forecast campaign closes.
✦ April 25-30 - Backer surveys are sent out.
✦ May 15-30 - Artwork proofs are approved and production begins after funds are received.
✦ Late July / August - Pins are received, quality checked, packaged, and shipped out.
