Is there a way to get my books package number? I honestly have no idea where the package is right now, just been hoping it'd arrive soon but now I'm worried something had come up and I had no idea. Also on my survey info, it says credit remaining is $1.00, and I'm unsure what this means.

Anyone get Volumes 1 and 2 yet in the mail? Mine still have yet to even ship, but I was curious to see if any of the previous batch had been delivered?
Project Update: SURVEYS!
Surveys will start to be sent out in the coming days. BackerKit does a "smoke test" first, which means 5% of the surveys go out to try to see if there are any issues and get those fixed before the bulk of them go out.
Keep an eye on your email this week for those!
Timeline - It's with the printer, we are expecting to have books to ship around the beginning of August, will keep you all updated on this as I know more.
Shipping prices - Concerning US Domestic Only - There was a recent price hike with USPS for the shipping rate for domestic shipments within the US had to be increased to compensate.

Hello there hope you guys have been doing well during production !! I noticed that despite being charged last year it states thar I have a remaining 1.00$ credit fee leftover but no way to pay it...? Just wondering if I had to cover it or if the payment didn't go through or something since it didn't pop up last year.... :[ hope this reaches a human ><
